My Rehab Team on BBC Program – Wanted down under
My Rehab Team participated in a program produced by BBC called Relocation Relocation – Wanted down under which was aired this year. The UK couple featured wish to move to Brisbane, Australia.
It is always Stan and Andrea’s dream to relocate to Australia. Unfortunately, Stan was involved in a serious motor bike accident. While he has made a great recovery, he is still undergoing rehabilitation. Therefore, a key consideration criteria for the move is the availability of neurological rehabilitation services. Stan requires multi-disciplinary therapy support, specifically physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology. In the UK, he has also been gaining great help from Headway. It is his goal to return to working in the field of motor mechanics in future. My Rehab Team provided advice for the couple regarding these.
