Who We Help

NDIS Support

National Disability Insurance Scheme

Supporting Your Independence and Goals

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support for people with a permanent and significant disability to improve independence and pursue their goals and aspirations. The NDIS focuses on providing the supports individuals need to participate more fully in everyday life. It is not a welfare scheme, but a system designed to build capacity and long-term independence.

Getting Started

  •

A Functional Capacity Assessment, completed by an Occupational Therapist, may also be used to support your application.

NDIS Support

How We Can Help

My Rehab Team assists clients with their NDIS access applications by providing supporting evidence through a Functional Capacity Assessment.

This assessment helps identify:

  • • Your current abilities
  • • Areas where support is required
  • • Recommendations for services and supports
