My Rehab Team autumn seminar – diet and neurological conditions

Tonight, My Rehab Team – Jo (PT), Lenka (OT), Martha (dietician), Briana (OT), Briony (OT), and Sue (PT) gathered at Rosa Mexicana, Rosalie, Brisbane for our quarterly team seminar.

The theme was on diet and neurological conditions. In summary, there is recent evidence to suggest that cinnamon may be able to slow down the development of Alzhemer’s; Mexican food (with Olive oil and mixed nuts) may improve intelligence; and Omega 3 can reverse the detrimental effects that junk food has on neuro-regeneration.

For specific dietary recommendations, My Rehab Team can bring mobile Dietetics consultation to you.  For more information, please contact My Rehab Team on 1300 469 734 | Fax: 07 30563264 |Email: info@myrehabteam.com.au.
